Jamel Williams Obituary – A vehicle collision at an intersection in Raleigh resulted in the death of a man early Saturday morning, as stated by the Raleigh Police Department in a news release issued on Saturday afternoon.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:55 a.m. in the 4500 block of Louisburg Road/U.S. 401. The victim, a 33-year-old man identified as Jamel Williams from Raleigh, was crossing Louisburg Road near Dansey Drive when he was hit by a vehicle.
Upon arrival, the police discovered Jamel Williams deceased at the scene. The crash site is located just north of the U.S. 1 split from U.S. 401/Louisburg Road.
