Frank Hernandez Obituary – The individual discovered deceased with a stab wound at a bus stop on the West Side earlier this week has now been identified as Frank Hernandez, aged 24, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.
San Antonio police responded to a welfare check request at approximately 9:20 a.m. on Monday at a bus stop close to West Poplar and North Zarzamora streets, in proximity to Woodlawn Lake. Upon arrival, officers discovered Hernandez with a stab wound to the chest. Regrettably, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
In an effort to gather more information, the SAPD conducted a search of the surrounding area and apprehended two individuals in close proximity. However, it remains uncertain whether they are connected to the incident as potential suspects.
The investigation into this matter is currently ongoing, as stated by the police.
