T.J Jennings Obituary – On Tuesday, a tragic incident occurred on Interstate 91 in Enfield, resulting in the death of a pedestrian. The Connecticut State Police reported that the crash took place shortly before 5:30 p.m. on I-91 South, just north of the Exit 46 on ramp. According to the authorities, a 24-year-old Vernon man was driving a 2022 Ram 5500 in the right lane of the three-lane highway when he struck a pedestrian who was also in the right lane of traffic.
The pedestrian, identified as 39-year-old T.J Jennings from New York, sadly succumbed to his injuries at the scene. State police have described his injuries as “not compatible with life.” Following the collision, the driver of the Ram stopped and informed the state police that he was unharmed. Additionally, the two passengers in the vehicle were also uninjured. The crash is currently under investigation by the state police.
