Stephanie Grant-Gladden Obituary – The collision involving a motorcyclist in Florence County resulted in the death of a woman from Charleston County on Saturday. LCpl. Brittany Glover from the South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that the incident occurred just south of Timmonsville on I-95 southbound at approximately 1:45 p.m.
The driver, identified as 54-year-old Stephanie Grant-Gladden from Ravenel by Florence County Coroner Keith von Lutcken, lost control of her motorcycle due to a blown-out tire according to preliminary findings and witness accounts. Following the crash, she was transported to a nearby hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
The SCHP is currently conducting an investigation into the matter.
