Simon Couture Death – In Poland, a tragic incident occurred on Tuesday morning involving a collision between a tractor-trailer and a driver, resulting in the driver’s fatality. The driver, operating a 2018 Hyundai, was heading north on Route 26, also known as Maine Street, at approximately 7:10 a.m. Unfortunately, they lost control of the vehicle and slid into the path of a 1995 Peterbilt tractor-trailer driven by Simon Couture, a 39-year-old from Coaticook, Quebec.
The Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the driver of the Hyundai passed away at the scene, while Couture remained unharmed. At this time, the identity of the Hyundai’s driver is being withheld to allow for proper notification of their family. The authorities are currently investigating the crash, and no further details have been disclosed.
