Sherril Joanne Del Rosso Death: Authorities identify woman killed in Lancaster two-vehicle crash.

Sherril Joanne Del Rosso Death – Authorities have identified a woman who was fatally injured in a two-vehicle collision near Lancaster, resulting in injuries to three other individuals. The incident occurred at approximately 7:25 a.m. on Tuesday at the intersection of state Route 138 and 90th Street West, as reported by the California Highway Patrol.

A 2005 Toyota traveling southbound on 90th Street West collided with a 2015 Freightliner truck heading westbound on SR 138, according to CHP Officer Monique Mischeaux. The driver of the Toyota, identified as Sherril Joanne Del Rosso, 66, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner confirmed her identity, although her city of residence remains unknown.

Mischeaux stated that alcohol and/or drugs are not believed to have played a role in the crash. Two juvenile passengers from the Toyota were airlifted to Northridge Hospital Medical Center with severe injuries, while the Freightliner driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to Antelope Valley Medical Center.
