Reymundo Caldera Obituary – Reymundo Caldera, a 43-year-old resident of Selma, has been identified as the driver who tragically lost his life in a collision with a train in Kingsburg. The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office has verified that he worked as a correctional officer at the Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison in Corcoran.
The fatal incident occurred on April 18 at the intersection of Golden State Boulevard and Stroud Avenue, where Caldera’s SUV collided with the train. Authorities are currently looking into the functionality of the crossing arms at the railroad tracks.
