Jevario Buie Obituary – Investigators have confirmed that a 14-year-old boy, Jevario Buie, was the victim of a fatal shooting in Tampa less than a week ago. The incident took place on April 17 in the 1400 block of West Busch Boulevard. Authorities were alerted to the sound of gunshots in the area around 3:30 p.m.
Buie was discovered deceased from a gunshot wound near the railroad tracks between Busch Boulevard and Rome Avenue. Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw expressed his sorrow, stating, “This is a tragic loss of a young life.” He added that Jevario’s family is devastated, and detectives are diligently working to apprehend those responsible.
