David Dawayne Elkins Death – The pedestrian who lost his life in a tragic incident on Thursday has been identified by the Fort Payne Police Department.
According to the authorities, David Dawayne Elkins, aged 31, was walking in the northbound lane of Williams Avenue NE when he was hit by a 2013 Nissan Sentra.
Tragically, Elkins was pronounced dead at the scene, specifically in the 4,100 block of Williams. The police have stated that they are currently investigating the case and gathering more information.
