Danny Borges Santiago Obituary – The deceased individual resulting from the early morning shooting on Wednesday in Caldwell has been identified. Danny Borges Santiago, a 21-year-old resident of Caldwell, succumbed to a gunshot wound to the abdomen, as confirmed by the Ada County Coroner’s Office.
The shooting occurred during a domestic disturbance in the 12000 block of Trinidad Street in southeast Caldwell at approximately 5:30 a.m. Tragically, Santiago was pronounced dead at 6:17 a.m. at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.
Felix Santiago-Torres, aged 33, has been charged with first-degree murder in connection with Santiago’s untimely demise. The victim and the suspect were acquainted with each other, according to the police. The investigation into this incident is still ongoing.
